In PA, filed 3/08, Spouse agreed to non-contested, but still will not follow through with interim orders of court, just keeps asking for continuances and ignores offers for settlement. How long will courts allow this to be delayed?

Unfortunately, this lies in the discretion of the Court. In other words, as long as she can convince the Court that there are good faith efforts going on toward settlement, further continuance can be granted. This will not go on forever, however, and eventually the Court should set some firm deadlines by way of a scheduling order. Hope things move along soon. AJJ
