Separation or Divorce?

My husband of 22 years is struggling with a pornography addiction and he refuses to get help. We have 6 children with the oldest 2 in college and the younger 4 still in school. I am currently a stay at home mom. I have asked my husband to leave and seek help because i do not want this to infilterate my children. He refuses to leave. If i seek for a legal separation what are my responsbilities as far as house payments, and etc. Can i force him to move out or do i have to since i have no job? I want my husband to get help and i would hate to have to seek a divorce unless that is my only option. I just am not sure what step i should do next. Thank you.

You would need to file for a separation or divorce to ask the court to force him to leave. The court may or may not do so but in a divorce will usually give some kind of reasonable order separating you two.
