Default International Divorce/Annulment - Jurisdiction

I am an American who married an Irish women in Dubai. We were married in Cyprus. Where does the jurisdiction stand? We did not live in Cyprus for more than three months.

We were pregnant when married and I continue to support the baby but we did not consumate the marriage. Do annullment laws then apply?

She currently resides in Ireland and I reside in Dubai. I have remarried under Shariah law but wish to officially divorce so that I can have an official ceremony with my bride-to-be.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can file where either of you reside now--especially if you both agree.

You can divorce where you now reside or often as well back in your home country.

I was married in the US, my spouse resides in New Hampshire and now reside in Kuwait. I am wanting to file for divorce, but do not want to travel back the the US to file. My spouse knows that I want a divorce, but tells me he does not want to give me one. Will I still be able to file from outside the US and be granted a divorce.
