I am going thru a no-contest divorce with no children. Unfortunately, my spouse hired a lawyer from the start of this process who is really making this more complicated than it should have been.
My question is, when I receive a draft of the stipulated judgement agreement from my spouse's lawyer that I'm OK with, can I just sign it and return it to my spouse's lawyer and I'm done? Or, do I have to get it witnessed or sign it with my spouse? |
