question about NY divorce summons
I received a summons (Action for Divorce with notice) but under the notice section, it only states "The nature of this action is to dissolve the marriage between the parties"... there is no grounds listed. Is this valid? If so, and I don't agree with the divorce AND do not believe that any grounds have been met, what do I do?
