Default Annulment Case

I had already a court decision with me for my annulment case last sept. 2008 as void ab initio for not having a valid marriage licence when I get married. I still haven't received yet the final decree for the abolute nullity of my marriage because my ex wife is not cooperating with the liquidation of our properties she told me that she is going to file an appeal for our case. My question is that how long will it take for her to file an appeal isn't there a maximum of how many days to file her appeal and it's been over months now since she received the copy of the court decision? If ever I file a waiver on our properties in favor of my 2 children how long will it take to process the liquidation of property? What are the legal procedures for liquidation of property if ever I am the one filing the waiver? How long will it take to arrive at the final decision on our annulment case upon the liquidation of our property? Thanks. Hope u can help me on this matter so that it will make it easier for me to have my final decision for our annulment case.

An appeal must be filed in 15 days.
