Urgent:Please Help

I am resident in the state of Indiana. My wife is threatening to file for divorce an come after the house I have solely on my name. She never paid a penny for it but I bought it through the money I received from my father. She has her own house on her and her brother's name. During the mariage she went to school and graduated, never worked, have no children. She is threatiening to get half of the house I have. Can she do that?????/ Please help....

Normally she will not be able to do that but she could possibly be eligible for part of the appreciation of the home while you two were married--if she helped to build, remodel, pay etc. But she is not at all likely to get half based on what you say here.
