QUADRO HELP: What date do I owe the 50% of my 401k to my ex?

I live in Nevada. I went to court and agreed to divorce terms in August of 2006. However my ex-wifes attorney did not get the agreed upon terms in the settlement paperwork correct until November. I had sent back her paperwork several times with my corrections on it. Finally in December she said I was taking too long to sign the agreement and went ahead and filed the agreement and the judge signed it on December 15 of 2006.
My question is as of what date do I owe the 50% of my 401k to my ex? Should it be as of the court date that we agreed to a divorce in August or as of the date the judge signed the agreement paperwork in December?

The order should state it, but if not, as to the order date normally.
