University funding: Am I responsible for my step son's education?
My wife and I are separting. My step son has been living with us for 5 years and is now 18. His biological dad does not pay child support nor never has. He has been working full time since he left high school. Am I responsible for his education given that it looks like I will be paying alimony to his mom for our lifestyle.

You normally are not liable for that unless you adopt him.
