GA incarcerated husband that won't sign divorce papers

My husband of 32 years was arrested in October for violating a Stalking Order; I had knee surgery and he left me alone, totally helpless for 4 days before I called my family. I filed for divorce along with a Stalking Order due to his harassment of me at work and home. He violated the Stalking Order and was arrested; after that, I was escorted home to obtain some of my clothes, etc and drugs, guns and grenades were found upon a search by law enforcement. He know has state and federal charges on him and is being held without bond. He doesn't want the divorce and has an atty for both the criminal and civil and federal charges as do I. I can't afford a lengthy battle for the divorce and he won't sign the papers. What are my options? My atty believes he will receive jail time for these charges - can I get a divorce even if he won't sign? We only have a house together that is mortgaged to the max - no money, cars or anything except debts. Our kids are grown so it's more of a control factor by him that I'll be worn down and drop the divorce. Help please.
