My son lives in NC. He married a girl he met on the internet (long story) that lives in Texas. They have never lived together as husband and wife, have been married over a year. He did go to Texas twice- once to marry her the day they met, the next to meet the parents for a weekend. She visited him for a month, and during that time he discovered what bi-polar really means. She is verbally abusive, has stolen money from his accounts and run up a lot of bills. He has decided he really needs to get out of this situation, but doesn't know if he can just get a divorce in NC or what he needs to do. She will not agree to a divorce- has told him she will fight it all the way. Any suggestions?
