can she collect after 20 years
my ex and i have been divorced over 20 years now,, i recently recieved some backtime money owed to me by workers compensation, She got wind of this through our son and now says she is coming after me for some of it. is she entitled to any of it?

i had paid child support right up until all 3 children were 18...as the court ordered

Then she will not get more...workers comp is for your own loss, it is normally not "income".
