Recently Married - he has money
Recently married an internation with a green card (been in US 3 years). He bought a half million dollar house before we married and put me on the deed. I recently discovered he is having affairs with many women both here and abroad and I want out. How do I protect my interest in the house? Even though all I spent was time, setting up and making the home. I want half interest and to get a divorce. We have only been married 2 months. We live in Ohio.

You may not get that half. But you can get any value that has appreciated siince you were married.
Get a good divorce lawyer who may help you get even more. |
