Question Annulment in the Indian family code

in the Indian family code, does it states that if u have no communication or u dont see ur husband or wife and that u don't know his/her whereabouts for a certain period of time (7yrs.and above) then the marriage is considered null and void and that there is no need for annulment of that marriage...? please advice
