Separation
(Pennsylvania) Husband has confirmed he is having an affair. He has left the house. To protect myself can I move funds from our joint acct. to an account in my own name.

Yes.
But I would advise you not to move all the funds, or he may be able to use that against you in court. Do you both have incomes? |
