one person two names

Hi id like to ask some advice from you my name is jenifer in local civil registry or my live birth which is my legal name,and when i got married i use the name jeny which is not my real name so when i got my passport and oither clearances i found out that im not allowed to bring jeny as it is not my legal name only my baptismal name,my question is do i need to file divorce which is i have my record from of singleship or cenomar that i am single my problem is maybe the embassy would hold my visa in applyling fiance ,well you please give advice what im going to do........i have already my passport nbi all needed papers for fiance but yet afraid to apply coz maybe iw ill be denied please advice me ...
