Default Wife's divorce council represented against us both in Civil matter previously

My wife's present attorney in her filing of Divorce/Custody was the attorney who "we" were up against in a previous Civil matter before she filed for Divorce. ( It was a Business matter.) He has already made remarks against me (on paper) in reference to our past dealings with him as he represents her in this Divorce. That isn't right is it? Can he do that? Does a Judge allow that?

I feel that there may be a Conflict of Interest with him. Am I right, and if so, am I able to say to the court that there is a Conflict going on here due to my previous dealings with him. Also, what can I do about it if that is true?

Thank you for your help.

Feeling that this isn't right.

He would not be allowed to use information or evidence that is aware of only through his experience on the previous case, but since presumably your ex-wife already knows all the information and could convey it to him, I think you would have a difficult case trying to get him excluded from representation.
