divorce lawyer did not finish the job

i got a divorce 5 years ago and come to find out my attorney at the time didnt get my ex's name off the building that i was awarded in north carolina. now i am in need of selling it and dont know what i need to do as far as the cheapest and easiest way to get him off the deed. i have the supporting documents, do i have to get another attorney to get this resolved. or is there another way. i believe the attorney was in cahoots with my ex considering when my ex got out of court he thanked my attorney in front of me for doing a good job. please help

You right your lawyer didn't finished the job. the only way I know of getting him off is either buy him out or make some type of offer that will make him sign his rights away.
