Hello! I am from Philippines and im married an US citizen. We married in USA. I was thinking if the us government will deport me if i am going to do for dissolution now since my green card is not yet a permanent. And one of my friend said, maybe they cant deport me because i have my own job now.
Anybody can give me an advice for this? |

If you been married for less then 2 years and you have your green card it could be taking away depending on where you at in the process. If you been married for longer then 2 years it doesn't matter you won't be deported. No matter where your green card status is at in the process.
