I divorce 11years ago and nothing is happening till now and my lawyer demanded R11.000thousand which I am still paying now.he said he can not trace my ex husband and he is lying because my ex is working as police.what do I pay the money for.

I divorce eleven years ago.and still now I am still married to my ex husband.and I have to pay eleven thousand to my lawyer which I do not not why am I paying.My lawyer took me to court because I dont want yo pay him. I already pay R 8thousand and I dont know why I am paying for because I am still married and nothing is going on about the divorce.Why do I pay such alot of money for.Please help me.My lawyer is taking all my money and he is doing nothing for me.what can i do because I need A divorce
