my husband and i are canadaian citizens but have been living in africa for the past 2 years, we have been married 3 years and just had a beautiful son who was born in canada i came back while my husband was supposed to join me but he has never come or has supported us, my son is now 10 months old. my husband calls every 2 weeks or once a month i am now considering divorce but need help,reement i have a pre nuputial agreement but the lawyer says it doesn't help me at all it states that if i ever get seperated or divorced he would pay a settlement and i would have custody of our baby but the lawyer seems to say that it doesn't matter and this document doesn't mean anything
