i married a man in grenada west indies and only to find out he married me to get back into canada. we have been married 5 years i have not seen him since we got married. i don't know where he lives in grenada i have a phone #
I JUST WANT OUT i don't have a;ot of money to do this please help me

You can file for divorce in Canada even without him there.

How can an individual get a divorce from their spouse in the state of Maryland if the spouse no longer resides with them and cannot be found to serve any papers on. The spouse is not dead, they just don't want to be found. The spouse has been living elsewhere for over a year.

The court will let you publish it in the newspapers etc. to give notice.
