Angry Marital Agreement

OK,I(my attorney) filed no-Fault divorce 4/13/07.Gave Husband Marital Agreement 09/24/08 he said going to change some things although he has no lawyer.??
How long can this go on?? b-4 we have to start again???
If neither will budge what is the next step????
