Confused unsigned papers

I filed papers for divorce in Ga. in Feb. last year. My husband's lawyer provided me with his request in Nov. I agreed to what he wanted and signed them. Now he refuses to sign them and has not responded to my lawyer's or his lawyer's calls in more than two weeks. He is telling me that he is not going to sign anything and that he wil let this go on forever. My lawyer, after cancelling our first court date because he was sure that my husband was going to sign the agreement has now stated that he doesn't intend on getting another court date set. What can I do? I am ready to move on with my life, it has been almost a year. Please help!
