Weird situatuion; please help me out
I am indian in origin and came to US on H1. I am in love with a girl for the past 5 yrs and we got married in India secretly, with our her parent's knowledge. She got H4 visa based on visa. However, due to emotional blackmails, now she is not willing to come here and their family is asking for divorce.
In this situation, if i am getting married to another girl, how can i get the H4 visa for her. In my first H1 visa application, i mentioned her name as spouse name and mentioned her DOB also. In case if i got married to other girl and she is going for visa, is it possible to get the H4 visa? Thnx for your time |
