Does she have to inform ex...
My friend is divorced and been so for a few years now. She has one child with her ex, and 2 with her new husband. They recently let a friend move in with them temporarily until he got a job and new place to live.
She told her ex of their friend staying with them, and now he wants to do a background check on their friend. Does she have to give him the information, or can she just tell him that it's not his business? |

TBTYE, My son lives with me and I am sure when my boyfriends son strats to come over she will say she is taking him back to court because he lives with me. he is a good guy, works 2 jobs and basically stays to himself. I live in Ct.

How is it against the law for him to live with you? I don't see what she would take him back to court for.

because she is very possessive of her son. she wants no one to be around him. he is very brainwashed by her and she has not cut the cord yet. he is going to be 12 mind you

She can't go to court and tell the judge that she is overly possessive of her kid. That is not a case.
What charges or accusations would she make? |

The courts will quickly catch on to that.
