After the stipulated agreement and judgement are filed, can either of the party still withdraw the agreement within the 180-day cooling period? When does the agreement become final? Does it have to be after 180 days from the summons service date? After the divorce is final after 180 days, can either party file motion to change the agreement? Or is there a time limit to do so? Thanks. |

You cannot withdraw from a judgement. You can appeal it, but I do not know what the time limitation is.
