Default domestic partnership

Under the domestic partnership law (opposite sex), what is the female partner etitled to after 3 years of living together with her partner in his apartment and sharing some of the mortgage cost in form of rent? Can in the case of separation the contributions (monthly rent paid) for the mortgage be claimed back?
