My husband did not contest. He signed the paperwork except he did not sign the formal financial declaration of disclosure. (CA divorce.) He claimed making $36,000 a year when it was well over 6 figures. We both signed the "no alimony statement." I want to reopen the case so I can get it dismissed. Do I have grounds? I'm not after the $. I want the divorce nullified. Thanks. Where do I go from here?

You can re-open if you can show purposeful fraud on the court and filing of false documents etc--it would help to have counsel assist as it can get technical at this point.
