Question Divorce- healthcare

My husband has served me with divorce papers. We have nothing to fight over, we have already seperated everything. However, he has agreed to keep me on his healthcare until November, how do I get this to be legal so that once I sin the papers, he can't cut off my healthcare?

It needs to be included in the court order.
