I am in the miitary stationed in Germany. My wife has returned to the states w/ our son and we both agree on divorce, all our belongings have been seperated and there will be no custody issues. We stopped living togther in February of this year and stopped sharing a bedroom in September. When can we file for divorce. She will have livied in VA for 6 months in September.

Virginia should be fine or you may file there in Germany.
If you both agree you may file in your last home state in many cases. |
