Money issue during a divorce....

We recently had a flood in my area and I live in a mobile home. It was the marital property before the divorce. My soon ex moved and said she didn't want the home and agreed to turn it over to me and I've lived in it since. The preliminary order gave me "temporary and exclusive" rights to the property. The flood damaged the home pretty badly, and I applied to FEMA, because it's one of the big areas. Now the soon ex is trying to tell me any settlements that FEMA may give, she has a right to half of it even though she wasn't living there and the home was given to me in the preliminary. I didn't sell it, I still own it, and if they do give me any it's for rebuilding and/or to have a place to live. She lives in an apartment that the buildings were damaged but her place was not, do to living on the second floor. I just don't see how it's right because it's to get me a place to live, she has a place, she's displaced temporarily, but gets to move back. Can she legally get any of what FEMA gives me to help my losses?

this sounds as if it may have been for living purposes and that no final order was given as to who owns it...

...if so then whatever the situation was originally will now apply.
