I am getting divorced. My attorney has a 'reputation' of being great in court, but has shown she isn't an advocate of mine at all.
If I get another attorney, am I right thinking my ex wife can't retain my present attorney due to atty/client relationship and confidentiality issues? |

That is correct. The lawyer cannot work for your spouse/ex.
