Married in India needs Divorce in USA
We(Me and my spouse) are Indian residnts and have relocated to USA on L1 visas. We were married by Hindu Marriage Act, India. My wife loves some one else and she does not wants to stay with me anymore. Please suggest how can we get an uncontested divorce without going to India and being in USA.
