Default Do I have to get out?

My husband and i have been separated for 7 mos now , he left. He pays mort, bills etc, house is on his name. We have been married for 4 years and have a 4 year old son. I haven't worked in 5 years, have been a stay at home mother. Nothing has been given to me (separation papers) . Just last week I asked him when he thought would be a good idea to talk. He said when we could talk like adults. He states that he just wanted his half of the home, and that he was "letting" me stay in it for the summer and come September the for sale sign to go up. Yes, this is what i said to him verbally a few months ago but, now i feel that unless i had something in writing that this home was to go up for sale , that is when i would do it. So i said this to him that I have yet to receive something legal from him., I have received nothing. And that was the end of our conversation.

Just one day ago I received an email from him stating when he could visit next to see his son and that i would be receiving a letter from his lawyer sometime this week - just giving you a heads up.

My question is what could i be receiving?? Keep in mind it is the Ontario, Canda law.
Thanks so much for your time.
