Default Quit Claim Deed

We have been separated since 1999 - I feared to divorce from him. He is with someone now. We only have a house and he doesn't bother with the kids. They are older now so I want to get the divorce. I had him sign a quit claim deed on the house a couple of years ago. Do I need to do anything with this when I divorce?

This is what I needed to do to make arrangements to pay my house which was in foreclosure. His name is still on the house.
