I am in the process of filing papers with my ex husband for a joint uncontested divorce. When we got married I changed my last name to his, but not legally from what I have read. My birth certificate did not change to my married name. On the divorce papers, it asks for Full Legal Name, so do I fill it out with my maiden name or married name? Can I resume my maiden name before my divorce is final?

(but not legally from what I have read.)
You should confirm that with the applicable records office and then use the correct current legal name. |
