divorce in seperate states
my fiance is wanting to start divorce proceedings but we do not know where his wife is. we knowthe city but she refuses to give her address to anyone even herparents who have her kids. we are in iowa & she lives in virginia where they were married. we have been here over 2 1/2 years can he just file here. it is pretty much uncontested as she also wants the divorce .

I think he can file for divorce and provide the spouse's last known address.
