i have filed a bill of complaint with virginia, my husband says he is not contesting it and will file the answer, the divorce is simple, even though we do have a minor child custody has been established and a copy was filed with the bill of complaint, there are no properties or assets to divide, nor any combined debts both of which are stated in bill and will be stated in final decree, nor is either party asking for child/spousal support in this decree, we have been seperated for 3 years so that should be grounds enough for divorce although i did state thyat there was cruelty and attached a copy of original order of protection to bill, due to length of time seperated i wont have to use this as grounds...do i need to file any evidence..such as marriage license, or the custody aggreement, or is the attachment of agreement to bill sufficient...just a little confused on how and what i need to enter as evidence
