Default I live in Texas where it is required by law to have mediation before divorce....

I live in Texas where it is almost required by law to have mediation before you can get a divorce. I called to see what I do if there is no need for mediation and some lady at the courthouse said there is a form that you fill out and the judge will sign off on mediation all together. Does anyone know what form this is?
