I have a cousin who got married in Asia and was divorced in
2004. She is now
in America and is getting married in Dec. She has not told
him about her
previous marriage and plans not to. Will her marriage to
him be legal if she
doesn't report it on her marriage license? What will
happen if they go back
to Asia? What are the chances of him finding out?

No it will not be legal.

She needs to have a valid divorce first.

she does have a valid legal divorce. she has the papers and everything. she just wants to know what will happen if she doesn't report it on the marriage license. she divorced in Asia and she is getting married in the US.

She needs to state that accurately or she risks fraud charges.

best not to make a problem here that can come back to haunt her...if at all possible...
