Angry is it legal?

can someone please tell me if it is legal for my husband, while in the divorce process, to refinance the home we currently live in with the malicious intent of removing me from the mortgage (so he can have the right to the home instead of me) without my consent? his atty gave him some bad advice leaving him to believe that he was getting the house and told him he should refinance it to get my name off it. no court order was ever given to have me removed nor was there any court decision of who gets to stay and who leaves. someone please let me know if i can hold this against him during our divorce. i did not consent to him refinancing the home to get my name off the mortgage but he did it anyways behind my back and even told my kids ages 16 and 10 that i was the one ordered to leave. i found out when my daughter told me that her dad informed her that i would be getting kicked out soon. please help! i am outraged and cant believe he would pull such a stunt!
