Default Divorce Decree Question

What happens if my ex spouse lied on our divorce decree? Unfortunately, the divorce decree did go into effect thru default because I didn't respond within the 3 days. She lied about my income, her expenses, and her educational background. Does this effect the validity of the divorce decree? Thanks

Default Re: Divorce Decree Question

If you defaulted you will have a hard time getting that set aside.

Why did you not attend? Had you been served?
