Default Catholic annulment

My ex-husband wants to marry in a Catholic ceremony & is requesting that I fill out a paper he needs for an annulment. If I comply, does his annulment in any way affect legal issues pertaining to my children (from my marriage to him) when there may be an inheritance?

Default Re: Catholic annulment

Yes it could and could affect support etc. Do not sign that without having legal counsel review it,
