My ex-husband wants to marry in a Catholic ceremony & is requesting that I fill out a paper he needs for an annulment. If I comply, does his annulment in any way affect legal issues pertaining to my children (from my marriage to him) when there may be an inheritance?

Yes it could and could affect support etc. Do not sign that without having legal counsel review it,
