I have been married for 24 years in Delaware (a no fault divorce state) Six months ago my husband informed me that he was diagnosed with an incurrable STD. He was diagnosed before we were married! He kept this secret for 24 years. I was tested and found out that he infected me. I am devistated to say the least. I don't know if it would be better to get a divorce or an annulment on the grounds of fraud. Any knowledgeable replies will be appreciated.
