Question He is trying to take stuff out of the house

We just discussed divorce and he wants to know what all I want to keep and him keep. I've been advised to not discuss this with him till after I speak to an attorney. Well he said "if you don't tell me I'm taking whatever I want tomorrow". He can't just remove stuff from the house like that can I? Who would I call to stop him from doing that?

No--once you file for divorce the court will freeze assets including anything he takes now until you two agree a property distribution or the court imposes a solution.
