I own a business that I started before I got married. I am getting divorced now. Does my spouse have any legal rights to the business and if yes, what rights?

The spouse could have a right to some of the increase in the business while you were married--maybe even half of it.
You should have legal counsel look closely at that if the amounts are critical. |
