X will go from 0 to millions after divorce when he marries the other woman

Any help or advice anyone can give would be so appreciated. My husband of 25 years walked out on our marriage. Up until this happened, I don't have one bad thing to say about him. In checking, I discovered (even though we are not divorced yet) he is dating a female Doctor we did work for over the years ...needless to say our income while establishing his remodeling business over the years has been low...I have not worked outside the home for about 12 years, but during our entire 25 years, worked with him on all his bids, paperwork and on and on... Basically, it has just been in the past 2 years that our income had gone up, and things were going so good financially... then boom this.. My question: I have a "draft" copy of the divorce papers he plans to file ...he is offering spouse support for 5 years in a small amount. If I accept his offer to a certian dollar amount based on his current income.....and soon as the divorce is final, he remarries the girl he secretly is involved with (the Dr who's house alone is valued at over half million) and his income goes from small to unimaginable because of his marriage to her. Would I be entitled to renegotiate the original small amount of support? Thanks ... sure wish I could sue her, especially since I have proof of the affair ... sometimes it just doesn't seem fair to the spouse that was done so wrongly to not be able to pursue the other woman legally... oh well . Normally you will get your share of assets and some support based on what he earns--but not based on the wealth of his new spouse unfortunately.
