Default Palimony: Is there a time limit on the filing?
Is there a time limit on the filing? We had lived together and I also worked for my partner for 5 1/2 years. Is this as option for me a I gave up job & home when I went onto this situation?

There are many possible ways to collect including partnership theories, equitable arguments, unjust enrichment.

Consult with local counsel about your details.
