matrimonial asset issue
If I divorce in China, can I apply to order the division the matrimonial asset in Singapore after I got the Chinese court's judgment of divorce.
my husband left me and my child for 3 years so I have to apply divorce. however Chinese court wouldn't like to deal his assets in Singapore due to special game rule in China. Is it Ok for me to divise my husbands assets in Sinapore after we divorce in China. Pls help me .... thanks. |

Not really--you will need an order from China or you need the Singapore court to take and review the matter and decide whether to act.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
